For Everyone: Words and Paintings

Artist Kathryn Brimblecombe-Fox’s recently published book For Everyone: Words and Paintings will be launched by Scott Emerson MP, Queensland Shadow Minister for the Arts and Member of Indooroopilly, on Thursday 23 February 6-8.30 pm, at FireWorks Gallery, 52A Doggett St, Newstead, Brisbane.
The thirty paintings inside For Everyone will be exhibited from 22 – 25 February at FireWorks Gallery.
The words accompanying the paintings inside For Everyone are neither descriptive nor didactic. The book is not about the artist or her work. Rather it is a catalyst for conversation of various types with oneself or others. The 'call' is to the reader's inner essence or child.
